  • You Own It

    You are the legal owner and have the authority to enter into a legal contract for the subject property.

  • House is Vacant

    Your home is or will be vacant at time of rental.

  • 3 Year Lease

    You are willing to secure a 3 to 5 year lease with Breezy Homes.

  • 4 Bed 2 Bath

    Your home has at least 4 bedrooms with a minimum of 2 bathrooms.

  • Well Maintained

    Your home is in good to excellent condition.

  • Clean Title

    Your home has no liens or judgements against the title.

  • No Balance Due

    All property taxes and mortgage payments are current.

  • Improvements

    If necessary, you are willing to allow Breezy Homes to make cosmetic improvements such as: painting, landscaping, or flooring.
